Manly Surf Guide do not offer any refunds for cancellations after you make your booking.
If a cancellation is made 48 hours be for your surf tour commences (via phone 0412417431) a credit will be given. You will be given the option to reschedule for another day.
If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the surf tour commencing, we are unable to issue you with a credit to reschedule.
Our surf tours commence at 9am, from in front of the McDonalds at Manly Wharf (in Manly). As this is a tour you will need to be there on time or you may get left behind.
Manly Surf Guide can cancel your surf tour in the rare event that the surf conditions are unsafe and the beaches are closed. You will be contacted by phone as soon as we make the decision. In this case you will receive a full refund.
We do not cancel our tours if it is raining. The surf is usually always better when its raining and it will be uncrowded. If you are wet in the ocean, you will not even notice the rain. We have lunch and a hot coffee at a cool local cafe and it is very rewarding to know that you made the most out of a rainy day.
Manly Surf Guide recommends that all persons take out personal travel insurance as Manly Surf Guide are not responsible for injuries and loss or damage of your equipment.
All surfing participants must be able to swim for at least 50 meters unassisted.
